How do I know which hormone phase I'm in!?

Let's keep this as simple as possible, shalllll we?

FIRST THAAAANGS FIRST, find your starting point. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

🌊 Wait for your next FLOW.

The first day of your bleed is DAY 1 of your cycle. This phase usually lasts around 4-7 days.

🪴 When your flow officially stops, this is the beginning of your Follicular phase.

This phase usually lasts around 7-10 days.

💫Ovulation gets a little tricky because NOT every woman ovulates on the same day.

Here are a few ways you can confirm ovulation:

  • Cervical mucus
  • basal body temperature (BBT)
  • check for cervix positioning
  • and take ovulation strips

If you're looking to avoid pregnancy or get pregnant, it's best to combine all of these practices in addition to using the calendar method when tracking your cycle. In general, this phase is around 3-4 days and you might notice you're libido and energy is UP

🤚🏼...and lastly, your Luteal Phase follows Ovulation

This phase usually lasts up to 10-14 days leading up to your next flow.

There you have it! That's how you can start tracking & understanding what phase you are in throughout each cycle :)
