As holistic health coaches, we wanted to help you go-getters continue working towards your goals and FOLLOW THROUGH FEBRUARY, against all odds!
We teamed up with fitness guru and Equinox Trainer, Shannon Fay to give you a #balanced HEALTH COACHING and STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING program.
This program is unlike anything that we have EVER offered and it combines two components that will guide you to reaching your goals.

Shannon provides you with a progression program.
Progressive overload requires a gradual increase in volume, intensity, frequency or time in order to achieve the targeted goal.
For example, the focus of WEEK 1 is to start at the base level, using ONLY our bodyweight. When WEEK 2 comes around, we are ready to add more resistance and challenge to our bodies. By WEEK 4, you will notice your strength and fitness has improved!

Every Sunday of the challenge, you'll receive:
- 24/7 access to Shannon Fay in our private Facebook Group
- (1) Week of workouts:
- (3) Full-body strength workouts
- (2) LISS days + Bonus core circuits
- (1) HIIT workout
- (1) Active OFF DAY
- Plus, we gift you 2 extra weeks of conditioning when the program ends so you'll never stop moving towards your goals.

Balanced Beyars will provide you with two things, delicious recipes of the week AND mini health coaching lessons.
Every Sunday of the challenge, we will be providing you:
- 24/7 access to 3 health coaches inside of our private Facebook Group! Utilize us and ask questions about nutrition choices based on your 2020 goals!
- (1) Holistic health mini lesson of the week
- We believe that learning small bite-sized tidbits about nutrition can be eye-opening and slowly but surely help change your diet habits!
- (4) Recipes of the Week to test out
- We also firmly believe that most people don’t like veggies because they haven’t found recipes that they love! As a community, we’ll test out new and fun recipes that you might want to add into your weekly rotation :)

We are certified holistic health coaches with specialist focus on fitness nutrition and hormone health. Come to us with any and all questions about nutrition, recipes, grocery shopping, etc throughout the challenge!

We complete the Follow Through February Challenge together! Every Sunday, a new WEEK module will open up and you will have access to your workouts, recipes, mini lessons.
At the bottom of each lesson, we will prompt you with little assignments to post in the Facebook group!
